Step-by-step Guide for Time to Pet

Step 1 | Account Creation

Create your account including email and password. Click here to do so to start the onboarding process, or copy the following link into your browser: https://www.timetopet.com/portal/pawfectpartnerllc/create-account

Step 2 | Onboarding

Enter you & your pet’s information.

You will be asked for your information including email, phone number, address, emergency contact, and parking instructions for future services at your residence, as well as your pet’s breed, health information, behavior notes, and training goals.

You will be asked to agree to the current policies pertaining to dog training, and you’ll have the option to save a payment method for easy online payments of your invoices.

And, you’ll be able to upload a picture for your pets’ files once it is all completed!

Step 3 | Download the App

Download the Time to Pet app and enter your login information from your account creation. Keep these credentials handy!

Step 4 | Scheduling

Use the scheduler to request your service whether a consultation, training lesson, or pet care service.

It is recommended to pick “Single Day” for training services and consultations/meet and greets when selecting a date.

“Multiple Day” selections are ideal for pet-sitting, recurring services or when redeeming services within a package.

Select your time window from the available options and type your preferred time in the text box.

Please allow for at least 4 business hours for approval of requests!
