1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website, booking a consultation or training session, or participating in any services offered by Pawfect Partner Dog Training LLC (“Pawfect Partner,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and services.

2. Services Provided

Pawfect Partner LLC offers dog training, educational content, and related services either in person, virtually, or through third-party platforms such as Square and Google services.

All training services are based on evidence-supported methods; however, no specific behavioral outcome can be guaranteed, as each dog is an individual with unique experiences and variables.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest information regarding your dog’s behavior, history, health, and environment
• Disclose any bite incidents, aggression, reactivity, or safety concerns
• Follow training instructions to the best of your ability
• Practice skills consistently between sessions
• Ensure your dog is up to date on required vaccinations
• Maintain control of your dog during all sessions
• Use training tools and equipment as recommended

Failure to disclose essential behavioral or medical information may result in termination of services.

4. Scheduling & Payment

• Consultations and sessions must be booked through Square or directly through Pawfect Partner LLC
• Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• Training packages must be paid in full at the start of the first session.
• All fees, pricing, and service offerings are subject to change.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows are forfeited.
• Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable after purchase.
• Packages expire 180 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• In the event that Pawfect Partner must cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Refunds are not offered for completed services, training difficulties, or unmet expectations.

6. Behavior & Safety

Dog training can involve risks. By participating in services:

• You acknowledge that dog behavior can be unpredictable
• You accept responsibility for your dog’s actions
• You agree to follow all safety instructions
• You understand that you may be advised to use muzzles, barriers, or controlled environments when appropriate

Pawfect Partner reserves the right to discontinue training if your dog displays behavior that creates an unsafe environment for any person or animal.

7. Liability Waiver

By booking or participating in any service, you agree that:

• Pawfect Partner LLC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to any person, dog, or property arising from training
• You assume full responsibility for the behavior and actions of your dog
• You release Pawfect Partner LLC from all claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from participation in services

This applies whether training occurs in your home, a public space, or any off-site location.

8. Use of Media

Photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken during training sessions for educational or promotional purposes.

• You may opt out at any time by notifying Pawfect Partner LLC in writing.
• No identifying information will be shared without your consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including articles, downloads, PDFs, graphics, logos, photos, handouts, and training materials — is the property of Pawfect Partner LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

You may download provided client documents solely for personal use.

10. Third-Party Services

This website and our services may integrate with third-party tools such as:

• Acuity Scheduling
• Square
• PayPal / Venmo
• Google Forms / Drive
• Analytics and cookie tools
• Email marketing platforms

These tools have their own policies. We are not responsible for the practices, security, or reliability of third-party services.

• Engage in unauthorized access or data harvesting
