Puppy Life Skills
Puppy raising can be super adorable, fun, and a little chaotic — or, it can be frustrating, boring, and affect the relationship you have with your little one.
Pawfect Partner LLC offers Puppy Life Skills Lessons to ease new puppy owners into properly raising, training, and supporting their tiny besties as they navigate life.
Single lessons: $50
Puppy Fundamentals Package: $349
Puppy to Partner Program: $2199
Puppy training is limited to at most 45 minutes for an entire session with 20 minutes of skill building and 25 minutes of encouraging calm, respectful behavior.
The main focus of puppy training is proper socialization, basic manners, appropriate play, household routines, preventative management, and structured rest during the day so that you little fluff nugget doesn’t use their teeth so often.

You might have done some research already, but some quick tips aren’t exactly super accurate. See below the “quick tips” and their applied skill counterparts.
Quick Tip
Take your puppy out every 15 minutes until they have a successful potty break & immediately praise to prevent accidents.
Applied Skill
Take your puppy out immediately after waking up, eating, playing, and right before settling down during the day. When they go potty, immediately praise and stay outside for an additional 10 minutes as part of the reward! Soon, every time outside will start with potty; THEN playtime & sniffing follows.
Once you get the consistent potty behavior, we can add a cue for them to indicate they need to go potty!
Quick Tip
Have your puppy eat their meals in their crate to build a positive association!
Applied Skill
Start by hand-feeding most meals to your puppy as rewards for good choices throughout the day. When working on crate training, treat those training sessions as jackpot sessions right after play — meaning, each successful repetition gets more than one piece of food at a time to encourage them to spend more time in the crate before being released. Even just 2–3-minute reps throughout the day after playtime can make a huge difference!
Once you get your pup acclimated to just spending time in the crate to rest before being released, we can add a crate cue as an implied stay!
