Private Training
Private 1-on-1 Lessons
Private lessons are typically scheduled weekly and emphasize 1-on-1 in-home instruction & learning with your trainer. These lessons involve direct owner coaching on timing of rewards, proper training technique, and how dogs learn best from us; each training plan has a clear starting point and end goal in a weekly progression and can change at any time.
You Can Expect
A customizable training plan following a complimentary consultation to discuss training & behavior goals
Weekly homework assignments & daily practice to maintain consistency during the week around your schedule
Access to support services like drop-ins, tune ups, and training walks
A holistic view on your dog’s behavior concerns to include their daily exercise, sleep quality, mental enrichment, and engagement with you
Day Training
Day Training is typically the next step up from Private Lessons, scheduled bi-weekly or as needed. When you feel you have a handle on your dog’s behavior at home, Day Training may be a good option.
You Can Expect
Continuity in your training plan beyond basic obedience & home manners out in the real world
Your dog will be picked up and dropped off for day training — each outing lasts about 1.5-2.5 hours.
Structured and professional work on your dog’s training goals during the outing with more involvement in your homework & upkeep in between to encourage consistency
Training Packages
How Training Packages Work
Training for your dog is most effective when learning happens in stages and with structure. Packages allow training to follow a clear progression rather than addressing individual problems or skills in isolation during your training plan.
During a package:
You receive a full plan to achieve your training goals, reassessed about every eight weeks.
Each lesson builds on the previous one with homework expectations in between.
Training exercises evolve as your dog gains new skills, opening up additional paths for training
Adjustments are made based on progress and challenges at home and during lessons
Remember: training is NOT just a program or service — it is ongoing through the duration of your dog’s life! Just because you do a training plan one time, it does not guarantee lifelong skills unless you are practicing daily and allowing your dog to recover from mistakes in order to learn.
Private Lesson Packages
Obedience Foundations | $299
A 4-lesson package bundle to guarantee a month of consistent training within your training plan. This allows you to reach halfway through a typical training plan to gauge progress and reassess more often without the full financial commitment. If you’re on a budget, this may be a good place to start!
Essential Life Skills | $557
An 8-lesson package bundle to guarantee two months of consistent training within your training plan when scheduled weekly. Upon completion of your training plan, you will be eligible to renew the package for an updated training plan or continue into one of the Day Training/Support options. This option is recommended for most dogs.
Paws for Success | $795
A 12-lesson package bundle to guarantee three months of consistent training within your training plan when scheduled weekly. Upon completion of the initial 8 lessons in your plan, the additional 4 can be redeemed to focus on skills of your choice to ensure success & understanding before continuing.
Day Training Packages
Pawgress Support Package | $247
A package bundle of 2 Stay & Train day trains and 4 Training Walks to support your training goals in between private lessons to help guide your dog to the right behavior more consistently. If you have a busy schedule, I recommend adding this to your training plan.
Pawfect Partner Day School | $897
A package bundle of 4 Stay & Train day trains and 6 Field Trip Lessons to advance your dog’s training around daily distractions and in environments beyond the walls of your home independently with your trainer. Homework expectations for this program are more rigid to encourage consistency between day trains.
Puppy to Partner Program | $1397
A complete training program to guide you from puppyhood to the end of adolescence including 8 Puppy Life Skills Lessons, 12 Private Lessons, and 8 Field Trip Lessons. This training package is the most comprehensive and cost effective for consistent, continued training with Pawfect Partner LLC.
Specialized Programs
Family Readiness Program - $675
An all-inclusive family coaching program consisting of 4 Family Coaching Lessons, 6 Private Lessons, and 4 Tune-Up Lessons. Designed for families with children younger than 14 years old to learn responsibility, dog body language, and appropriate interactions with the family dogs. Includes a complimentary Life Changes Consultation to be redeemed at any point during or after training program completion to assist with helping your dog through major life changes.
New Beginnings Program - $745
Designed with timid rescues in mind, the New Beginnings Program includes 6 Rescue Dog Transition Lessons, 4 Private Lessons, 4 Cooperative Care Lessons, and 2 Field Trip Lessons. This program is meant to move at a slower pace, staggering small repetitions over a larger amount of time to encourage your new dog’s comfort and security while settling in.
Companion Connection Program - $685
An advanced program for current training clients that have completed one-on-one lessons with one or more of their dogs individually. This program combines all skills learned while adding distractions and different environments as each dog learns new skills and figures out how to continue to engage with their handler with their doggy sibling present. Includes 1 Family Coaching Lesson to get everyone on the same page, 4 Multi-Dog Management Lessons, and 8 Tune-Up Lessons.
